The Symposium organizers ask speakers to present PowerPoint presentations if possible. Please consult Mike Bickford if other software is to be used, or if other arrangements need to be made. It's preferred that each speaker's PowerPoint presentation file be pre-loaded on the Symposium PC laptop. Please send PowerPoint presentations to Mike Bickford via email, CD or Zip disk prior to the Symposium.

Recommended fonts for Windows or Macintosh versions of PowerPoint.
   Arial or Times New Roman

For Macintosh versions of PowerPoint
   Please avoid use of Clipart
   Please check presentation appearance on a PC

If a PowerPoint presentation uses movies, then movie files should be sent in addition to the PowerPoint file.

If the speaker's laptop is to be used, then please contact Mike Bickford.
